The Allen County Veterans Service Commission provides transportation assistance to help eligible Allen County veterans get to VA-directed medical appointments and certain non-VA medical appointments within Allen County.

VA-Directed Appointments
Transportation may be available for Dayton VA Medical Center, VA clinics, VA-authorized Community Care appointments and other VA-directed locations depending on availability.
Non-VA Medical Appointments
Transportation for non-VA medical appointments is limited to appointments within Allen County only.
Not Covered
Transportation is not available for personal errands, grocery trips, retail trips or non-medical transportation needs.
Scheduling Notice Required

Who Can Use Transportation Services?
To use transportation services, veterans must:

Be an eligible veteran living in Allen County, Ohio

Provide proof of veteran status

Provide proof of Allen County residency

Complete the required registration and liability waiver forms
